i was on yaz before this and i had the same problems does anyone know if their is anything i can do to stop the moodswings or if their is a diffrent form of birthcontrol i can take to make it stop?
Im taking tri-nessa birth control pills and I have very bad moodswings, what can I do to stop these?

The Nuvaring is a good birth control, there are no pills, its a small ring that is inserted in your (Coocah) and then you leave it there for three weeks, then take it out for one week or until your period has come and gone, then you insert another and repeat the process. Since i have been on the Nuvaring, I have had less cramping, I don't have moodswings anymore, my period flow is normal and I haven't had any side effects and i can't even feel it. It's great. Talk to your doctor if you are interested.. Good Luck..
