I'm experiencing pain due to nerve damage in right hip and leg. Would like to take Aleve, if it does not have aspirin as an ingredient.

There is no aspirin in Aleve.
You can safely take Aleve with Tikosyn

Who told you not to take aspirin? As far as I can see aspirin is safe to take with Tikosyn.

I just recently started taking tikosyn. I also take lorazepam and Wellbutrin for panic attacks .?
