I'm diabetic so I want to be sure that while taking the Aspirin my sugar is stable.
I'm taking Bayer Cewable Aspirin, Glipizide/ Metformin what reaction can occur while on both?

Your blood sugar level will not be elevated due to taking aspirin with glipizide and metformin, in fact taking aspirin and glipizide together may cause hypoglycemia by enhancing insulin sensitivity. So just be aware of hypogycemic symptoms and know how to treat it.
