I'm taking 150 mg /day flecainide for atrial fib. can I substitue 50 mg for a low dose of Rhodiola?

You should continue to take 150mg of flecainide a day. Do not reduce your dose.
Rhodiola rosea may have beneficial effects in managing mild to moderate depression and mental fatigue.
Doses used are commonly 200 to 600 mg/day.
You could take rhodiola with flecainide.
