I'm only going to be taking 30 mg for hives. I'm also on Phentermine, is that ok?

There is an interaction between doxepin and phentermine which may cause heart related problems.

If you experience symptoms such as fever, headache, or fast or irregular heartbeats you should contact your doctor immediately.
