Im on trinessa and started bleeding before Im suppost to get my period it this bad?

It is not unusual when starting a new birth control pill to get breakthrough bleeding especially in the first few months. As long as you have missed no pills and did not have unprotected sex prior to being on the pill for at least a week you should be protected as far as pregnancy. It is just your body adjusting to the new hormones. Give it a few months. If you are still having breakthrough bleeding then speak to your prescriber.
