Im on perecet 10/325 how long do I have to wait untell I take my methocarbamol 750mg pill?

Well you left out some general info that could make my answer and other responders here better. Just from what you said I have to say follow what you were prescribed by your Dr exactly. I am on both medications among others and it is really that simple. Follow what your Dr prescribed and you should feel relief from your symptoms within days. So that I dont forget if I take a pill once a day then it is when I get out of bed. Write down a schedule to follow. Some medications you will not feel benefit if you dont follow the prescribed dosage and times. Good Luck to you and write back... B
