I know I'm not supposed to take aspirin. What other recommendations would you have for medicine for back pain relief?

I agree we are ok with Tynol but we can not take Advil, Motrin, Alive or any asprin derivitive. I believe the Pradaxa is still a better choice then cumiden. I have tried three of the heart rythem meds and had no luck with any of them so I opted for a ablation to control my AFIB.

Taking Tylenol is fine with either drug.
Did you know that taking the Multaq increases your risk of bleeding with Pradaxa and there is no reversal agent for Pradaxa? Also did you know that grapefruit, grapefruit juice & extract are contraindicated while you are taking Multaq?
