Im on 3 mg of klonopin, 30 mg of temazepam, and 15 mg of diazepam. I have severe anxiety and some?

I don't quite understand why your Dr. has you on 3 meds that are classified as benzodiazepines! They can cause mild depression, and also can become addictive. You mention that you have a very high tolerance for drugs, which CAN be an indicator for potential addictive tendencies. I understand you have severe anxiety, but perhaps it could be effectively managed with one of the benzos., along with some other therapeutic methods, not related to medication (behavior mod, bio-feedback, etc). The benefits may not be as immediate as a pill, but can be worked into a regular routine to help with the anxiety. I wouldn't ever quit anything cold turkey, particularly the benzos., as you can have serious problems with w/drawls, like seizures, etc. Also, with bipolar (you don't say whether you are 1 or 2), I'd be sure to have that properly managed first, while at the same time, trying some behavioral techniques for the anxiety with maybe just one of the anxiety meds.

I learned the hard way by "self-medicating" with my bipolar 1, ADHD and compulsivity/anxiety. Some meds are like putting a match to gasoline with the bipolar DO. I would ask the Dr. first about the reasoning for the 3 meds in addition to Abilify? And, why he/she hasn't suggested other 'med free' anxiety reducing methods? Just a suggestion from my personal experience, education, and research.
