Im in cosmetology school & my teachers told me that johnsons no more tears has novocain in it?

well... the ingredients are as follows:
Water, Peg-80 Sorbitan Laurate, Cocamido-Propyl Betaine, Sodium Trideceth Sulfate, Glycerin, Lauroamphoglycinate, Peg-150 Distearate, Sodium Laureth-13 Carboxylate, Fragrance, Polyquaternium-10, Tetrasodium EDTA, Quaternium-15, Citric Acid, D&C Yellow No. 10, D&C Orange No. 4.
I don't see Novocain or Procaine listed anywhere, also, Novocain's legal status is by prescription only. It almost sounds like something that was used in baby shampoos 100 years ago, but has been taken out long ago, much like Coca-Cola at the turn of the century...

I personaly was thinking they were crazy! Wouldn't it be eleagle to put that in a shampoo never mind a baby shampoo! I just wanted some good feed back because I personally don't know what those ingredients actually are. So I thought id get some advice from some people who might know a lil more than me.
