I'm assuming you're talking about the 10/500 lortab? Lortab is a total agonist where buprenorphine (main drug in subs) is a partial agonist. This is why it's used for opiate detox and tapering down.
Your post is vague. I don't know how much lortab you're taking. There really isn't a set equivelant to how much lortab equals 2mg of suboxone especially when I don't know the lortab dose. Are you asking how much suboxone you'll need to take to get off the lortab? I don't totally understand what you're asking of me. Could you provide more specifics please?

thanks for the help robert. ive takin 15 or so 7.5 mg lortabs . induced on less than 2mg suboxone... is that enough? doing ok on this dose but sometimes need a sliver more... just got generic subutex instead of the reg ones... is that ok with u? is the generics ok? havent tried em yet though just curious..thanks for yr support.
