They produce white, pasty material when squeezed; no blackheads. How do I treat and prevent them.

ok this is not in the side effecst whatsoever therefore i shall do the best i can. Menest is a horomone replacment drug which replaces estrogen. so said whith the increased levels of these horomone just as in young teen and pre-teens this might onset acne as though you were reliving puberty in a sense. BE AWARE this is purely speculatory on my part. but as always your PCM an/or local pharmacist may be of greater assistance.

You are likely having sebhorric keratosis, not acne. This is caused by the natural yeast on the skin. Try Blemaquit ( on line) I have been on Menest for over 35 years since my total hysterectomy when I was 42. No problems, I look 20 years younger than my age.
