i am an in home care provider for a client that just received a prescription, for 25 mg of Viagra. he has incontinence and cannot always hold his urine or BMs. is it wise for him to take Viagra?

There is no contraindication of Viagra being used in incontinence . It's effects may actually stop the urine flow. In terms of not being able to control their bowel motion that may be hard. It just depends how badly incontinent he is. It is really up to him whether he wants to use Viagra or not.
