If there is any shampoo brand which contains silinium sulfer,salicylic acid and tar?

I am not aware of a brand of shampoo that contains all those ingredients.
You could ask a skin specialist to prescribe a shampoo that contains all your ingredient requirements and ask a pharmacist to make it for you.
