If you took all of your pills and didn't miss any and weren't late with them often or didn't throw them up or something, there is only a 1% chance you could be pregnant. Birth control pills are pretty effective, it is only when people miss them or take something that reduces their effectiveness that they get pregnant. There are some meds that will, check with your pharmacist and they will tell you what would reduce the effectiveness.
