I finished my first pack of ocella and my skin has never been worse. I used to never get cystic acne now I have two cysts on my cheek. Would you recommend sticking it out and completing three months of it or should i get off of it completely and switch to a different BC?
If Ocella made my acne worse in the first month should I stop taking it or stick it our for 3months?

It is a good idea to stick with it for 3 months and then see what happens. If the acne is still bad then change to something else.
