I'm having a Colonoscopy in 2 days and will also be taking TriLyte the day before.
If my Dr. said to take 4 tablets before bedtime and the directions says 1-3 tablets is 4 tablets sa?

What is the name of the tablets you are referring to?
If your doctor has given you a prescription without any instructions on the prescription the pharmacy will usually type on standard dosage instructions.
You should follow your doctors instructions. Call them if you are unsure.
