If infed procedure was done incorrectly and allowed to go into arm could it now 11 months later?

I'm not really sure what you mean? Infed can be given in the arm (intramuscular) or through a vein in the hand. I'm not clear either about it bleeding back into her system. Please provide more information (as a comment) and I'll try to help.
