If I'm allergic to Atropine would I be allergic to Hydromet syrup?

Sorry, I could not find a specific answer to your question. When it comes to drug allergies (or any allergies) it is sometimes easier to go by the rule - if in doubt, don't. There are many other cough syrups without an anticholinergic ingredient such as homatropine.
