If I take ZEBETA , Can I continue runin o I must stop to do it?

I was taking BENICAR and my doctor decide to chanche to ZEbeta and ALDOMET one in morning time and the other evening time, but I want to know if I can continue runing o not.

It is important to exercise regularly even though you are taking blood pressure medicines. The key is not to over exert yourself. Check with your doctor as to what level of exercise is safe for you.
