Hey junibaby,
According to the opiate conversion calculator using a 25% reduction factor the equivalent dosage of hydromorphone is 8.44mgs. Therefore, you would need to take 4 and a fourth 2 mg pills to be equivalent to the 150 mgs of oxycodone. To do the calculations yourself, you can go to:
