If I am nursing and have taken magnesium citrate, and have nursed since then, should I be worried?

It is not known if Magnesium Citrate Solution is found in breast milk. It is unlikely to have caused any problems so do not worry.

It is recommended that nursing mothers do not take magnesium citrate without consulting a doctor.
