also some swelling to eyelids and face in general. The rash was red and spotchy across nose and mostly on cheeks, but on forehead too.

Sometimes people who are allergic to fish may not be allergic to shellfish and in some cases they may be allergic to all seafood.
So it's hard to say whether you'll be allergic to shellfish as well ... if you are allergic to Lovaza. You may just have to try it and see.
