Is ibuprofen in tramadol?

No it isn't. But you can take Ibuprofen with Tramadol.

those two are two different drugs. tramadol is an opiod analgesic while ibuprofen is an NSAIDs. As far as I know, there is no available combination in the market

When the manufacturer makes a pill he has to disclose what is in it. He cannot sneak another medication in. Tramadol is just tramadol, pure and simple. There is a tramdol with tyelnol, but they tell you that.
