I would welcome feedback as to whether I can take magnesium glycinate while I am taking Flecainide?

Did you mean magnesium gluconate?
Yes you can take magnesium gluconate and flecainide together. There are no known interaction between these medicines. However, it does not mean that no interactions exist so if you experience any odd symptoms please see your doctor.
To avoid any interference in absorption of either of these medicines, it is a good idea to take them at least 2 hours apart.
