I would like to know if anyone knows if the drug Midazolam has any side effects on the Immune system

My daughter was given Midazolam and left unattended and suffered an Adverse Drug Reaction, which caused hypoxia from oversedation. She was given oxygen for 40 minutes and her health has never been the same. Her Immune system has been suffering, from low cortisol levels and low iron levels and she has had infection after infection etc. If anyone can give me any advice on this medication I would appreciate it.
