I would like to know how I can gain weight I try but cant can panic attacks make you lose weight pl?

If you're on some meds for your panic attacks, please do tell me what they are because I have panic disorder and have been suffering from panic attacks for years and would love to lose weight. Most of my meds make me gain weight.

Panic attacks cannot make you lose weight unless, as a result of them, you're "afraid" to eat. Are you?

Have you always been thin? Always had a difficult time maintaining or gaining weight?

You could get your thyroid checked: it's one thing I know of that does cause people to lose weight without trying.

Unless you're anorexic or bulemic, panic attacks do not cause weight loss. If you're on meds for panic attacks, it could be the meds.
