Hi, norgesic is a combination of orphenadine, aspirin and caffeine. There are no brands of norgesic available, so if the generic is being discontinued, the closet thing that you can buy otc would be ibuprofen + caffeine. You can buy them as a combined product. Ask at your local pharmacy for this combination. If you are on other meds or have any medical conditions that you haven't mentioned check that this product won't be harmful to you

I was hoping they made orphenadine by itself. I have moderate pain from TMJ that trigger my daily headaches so I need the muscle relaxant part. I could add ibuprofen/caffeine with it. I have seen 15 different doctors/therapist and this med is the only relief I can get.

Hi, i've just looked it up and apparently you can get orphenadrine on its own! I didn't realise. In a guide i've just read it says it isn't under the controlled drugs act so can be bought otc apparently.
