shawnwken...... different. They are the correct Zyprexa with a 5 on one side and a "Z" on the other... I dont have any of the previous pills left so the pharmacy cant tell me what they were... can anyone?? They were a squared-off eliptical shape, white, and one side was flat and the other had two scores, running perpendicular resembling a cross, with the long score being deeper. WHAT was I taking for the past 30 days?
I was prescribed Olanzapine (Zyprexa) but, today when I got my FIRST refill, the pills were?

The pharmacy told me that without a sample of the pills I took they cant tell me..they KNOW that it wasnt Zyprexa.

Hello. I looked up in my pill book under the Z pills to see what it is that you may have been taking. I found that you may have been taking 5mg of Zyrtec. It is close to the description that you listed however I did not see in the picture any cross shape. Also you may have gotten generic Zyprexa instead of the name brand Zyprexa. The name brand of Zyprexa is made by Lilly. There 5mg pill is round and says Lilly 4117 on it not square like the one you described. Also you can do a google or yahoo search with the word pills and search for the pill itself with the description you have here. I hope this helps.

Call your pharmacy and ask them what the last prescription you had filled. They can tell you if the two are the same Also you could have the same med manufactured by a different company if it is generic. Good Luck with this. i hope rhis helps a little. Nobody wants to be taking the wrong medication
