eastwest2...Does that mean apply in the morning, wash off and apply in the evening using it virtually 24/7? Also, my doc says to use Aquaphor on top but drug instructions say wait 2 hours. A little clarity here

Sorry this question hasn't been answered earlier.
Yes, twice daily means you are to apply Efudix cream morning and evening - cleansing and drying the area before hand.
Yes, you should wait for two hours after applying the Efudix before you use Aquaphor.
