Dexilant/dexlansoprazole is very expensive. Prevacid 24 hr 15 mg /lansoprazole is considerably cheaper on my insurance plan. Are they similar? or close? Would I take the same mg/4 tablets?
I was prescribed dexlansoprazole 60mg. Is lansoprazole/prevacid 15mg a generic drug?

How and where can I get the discount card? I tried switching from Dexilant to Omerrzole and had a rebound in less than 48 hours. I simply can not afford the $94.00 a month for the Dexilant. Thanks!
I got mine from the Doctors office originally with a sample pack. Then I started getting their emails. You can go to their website and download one. too. It really helps me. I have tried everything else that is on the market and this seems to be the only one that helps like it is supposed to.
I am on Medicare so they will not give me a card. It does not make sense to me as I am retired and trying to live on a small social security check with no retirement plan. (My company went out of business and all benefits crashed too.) The OTC Prilosec does not seem to work.Thanks for your help anyway. I really appriciate it.
