I assume this white ball was excreted through your vagina? Sorry to be explicit. If it was vaginally secreted, that seems odd. I'd go to an OBGYN or call you regular OBGYN and ask advice about it.
If it was urinally or rectally secreted, it could be something totally different.
I doubt it's anything like a miscarriage, which usually involves heavy vaginal bleeding (though you don't mention how many weeks pregnant you are - if only 4 weeks it would appear as a regular period, but perhaps a bit heavier than normal).

Crinone (progesterone) shouldn;t be harmful to your baby, either. It's listed as pregnancy category B in the US, which means it's normally safe to take, though you shouldn't take it while pregnant unless your doctor recommeds it.
