I want to be prepared. Onset is without any warning & so violent I spew from both ends uncontrollably. It happened when I was getting out of my car, with my whole family watching; lasted about 15 minutes. How can I prepare for this? What if I'm in the grocery store, at a restaurant?! I'll get into a support group, but give me your ideas, suggestions, please.
