I used a single dose clotrimazole vaginal 500mg, but I have sex the following day and some if not?

... all of the madicine leak out. Should i administer another dose? Or what should i do?

You could wait and see if you still have symptoms of thrush (itching, etc.) and then use another dose.

But if you really want to be sure that the infection has been treated then yes you can use another dose. It is fine to repeat the treatment.

The ovule melts and slowly does drain out. This is normal.
