So i took the regular dose (17g) and took it again hours later (34g) and I'm scared now. I still have not had a bowel movement. Am I going to be OK?

You will be fine. My son takes as many as 5 doses (17 gm each) in a day some times, at the advice of his gastroenterologist. At most it will make your stool liquidy and very loose. However, since you still have not had a bowel movement, I recommend taking at least 1-3 Tbsp of olive oil to help soften things up from the inside as well so if there is a blockage it will not hurt as bad. This is what I have to do for my son. It really seems to help him a lot. It is gross and he doesn't like it, but it helps.
