I took sertaraline this morning and would like to take a Tylenol Pm to fall asleap. Can I take it?

I realize this answer is a bit late ... but it is best to avoid taking Tylenol PM, especially if you have just started taking sertraline. There is potential for an interaction ..and if you do ever take it together ... you may need to be monitored (at least make someone at home aware that you have taken these medicines together).
