My cousin said that certainly these two medicines effect the liver over time, escpecially taken in high doses. He didn't like hearing about the pain, and couldn't really say it is definately coming from your liver unless further examination is done. Sorry I couln't be of more help. Talk to your doctor and tell them everything that's going on.
