I had Cheratussin AC prescribed to me earlier this year and need to know if it's safe to take if I've already taken the Mucinex DM over the last couple of hours.

Hello ElianaM. I would wait for a ten hour period and longer. Not knowing the dose that was taken (Mucinex DM) and the dose of the Cheratussin AC you were planning to take, I'd not mix the two. Regards pledge
