I took 4, 500 mg each of tinidalzole for trichomoniasis is that 2g? how soon will it clear up?

There are 1000mg in each gram, so yes, you took 2 grams of the medication. Clearing up will depend on many factors. You should probably have follow up appointments with your doctor to see if it was effective or if you may require a second course of treatment.
