I take the birth control Orthocept. Is there any drug interaction with this and St Johns Wort?

Yes, there is a moderate drug interaction between Ortho-cept and St. John's Wort. Avoid taking them together.
The effectiveness of oral contraceptives may be reduced if taken with St. John's Wort.
