I take metoprolol, valsartan, triamterene, methimazole. Lightheaded, unsteady, poor bal. Any help?

How is your blood pressure? Sounds like it may be dropping too low. You may want to check it periodically. Get up slowly especially from a lying down position, sit on bed for a few minutes before standing slowly and that may help if it doesn't help I would definately consult with your prescribing doctor you may need a medicine adjustment--don't adjust meds on your own though those meds could mess with you if not adjusted by a doctor only.
