I ran out of my blood pressure meds, and they wont be here for a day or 2. I get them through the mail. I take metoprolol, is it ok for me to take lisinopril for a day or 2 until my meds come in? I am having terrible headaches because of being out of the meds. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No - I wouldn't take lisinopril as it works differently to reduce blood pressure. You'll just have to go without your tablets until they arrive which is not ideal. Can you ask your local pharmacy for an emergency supply to tie you over until your new script arrives?
Ask your pharmacist for advice about what to take for your headaches.

Never screw with your blood pressure meds! I tried a different med for the same reason one time for only two days. My pressures were unstable and within limits but my previous medication didn't work right again. When you find one that works like clockwork don't do anything to mess it up. But that's just my pumper. There all different.
