is that because with the extended release I am not getting the entire 20mgs at once? it's released over a period of time?
I take methylin ER 20mg and it doesn't seem to help with my narcolepsy?

Hello BrandyLynn. The Methylin ER, the dose lasts about 8 hours. Not certain about your age or weight but the dose in cases of an adult can go as high as 60mg per day. I'd ask your doctor to increase your dose, to 30mg and I believe you'll be seeing some improvement. Best of wishes along with good health,pledge
