all this medication. One doctor told me I could take them all at once, my pharmacist says take the Levothyroxin first, wait 30 min to an hour then take the carbo/levo, wait 30 min then take the Azilect. This is when I first get up. If I have to wait that long inbetween pills then it would be noon before I could eat breakfast and then I get sick at my tummy.
I take Levothyroxin, Sinemet (carbo/levo) Azilect. I can not get a straight answer as how to take?

Levothyroxine is best taken before breakfast.
Sinemet can be taken with or without food.
Azilect can be taken with or without food.
There are no drug interactions that affect timing of doses. For ease of remembering I would follow your doctors instructions and take them all at once in the morning as soon as you wake up.
