I take Levothroid 137mcg. Im having hot flashes and night sweats and want to start taking Royal Mac?

You should be alright to take Levothroid with Black Cohosh.
There are no known interactions between these two medicines. However, it does not mean no interactions exist. Please see your doctor if you experience any bothersome symptoms.
