I Take Fenofibrate 160 MG. My question is about supplements to help be reduce my cholesterol. Along with Diet and exercise,Is it safe to take red yeast rice/coenzyme supplements , cholesterol support supplements, a Multi vitamin, and finally magnesium (Calm) along with the Fenofibrate?

You must not take red yeast rice with fenofibrate. A serious drug interaction exists which could result in a serious muscle condition.
The multivitamin and magnesium supplement should be fine - not sure about the cholesterol support. You should go through these medicines first with your doctor before taking them.
