I have mild psoriasis. It has stopped erupting since starting Carbamazepine. Has anyone else noted this side effect?
I take carbamazepine for Trigeminal neuralgia, & I have psoriasis.Can carbamazepine slow psoriasis?

Yes there have been accidental cases where carbamazepine has been given to patients with psoriasis for other conditions and their psoriasis has improved! Keep on taking it!
