pressure due to Bystolic? I take 5mg.
I take Bystolic and have dizzy spells and feel deoriented. Could this be a sudden drop in blood?

Hi, you have not stated what dose you are on and how long you have been taken Bystolic for, but the side effects are dizziness, fatigue, headaches, nausea, stomach pains and trouble sleeping. If you get a rash, chest pains, swelling mouth, numbness, fainting or wheezing contact your gp right away.

dosage is 5mg and started taking it June 15,11. I took Toprol (50mg) before changing to Bystolic. Didn't have these side effects before. Plus my heart rate is in the 50's.
This sort of medication will 60% of the time increase your resting heart beat by at least 20 beats extra a minute, and even start pulpitations, seeing you have recently changed your prescription i would ring your gp to tell them whats going on, just for yur own peace of mind
