I take 150 mg twice a day and noticed vision changes as well. Blurred vision that seemed to change in different lights and different times. My doctor changed me from generic to Tambocor. since I was still having a considerable amount of A Fib. It made all the difference in the world - No A fib for 4 months and improved vision. especially at distance!
