I take 40 mg of diovan per day. After swimming and sleeping I wake up with shortness of breath for?

... about 8 hours. I am avid tennis and walking and biking, Only after swimming it occurs.Any ideas?

You should definitely talk to your Doctor about your shortness of breath.
